1. General Provisions

777y (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment and gaming platform providing services to players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you and 777y.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. These terms are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Scope of Services

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Bank transfers may take somewhat longer.

4.4 Transaction Rules

• Deposited funds will only be accepted from the registered payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used at the time of deposit.
• 777y reserves the right to hold transactions if suspicious activity or signs of money laundering are detected.
• Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

• Wagering requirement: 10x (on the bonus amount)
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers cannot be used in combination unless specifically stated.
• If any manipulation or dishonest means are used to obtain a bonus, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• 777y reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

777y is committed to ensuring a safe, fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.1 Manipulation and Fraud

• Playing using bots, automated software or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts with false or incorrect information.
• Exploiting system bugs or technical errors.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods.

6.2 Inappropriate Conduct

• Harassing, insulting or threatening other users or staff.
• Using defamatory or offensive language in live chat or other communication channels.
• Spreading spam or misleading information.

In cases of such conduct, 777y may immediately suspend or close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

7. VIP and Loyalty Program

777y's VIP program has four tiers. Players can be automatically promoted to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

7.1 VIP Benefit Conditions

• Cashback is calculated at the end of each week and credited at the scheduled time.
• VIP tier benefits can only be enjoyed by active account holders.
• VIP benefits may be cancelled due to bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• 777y reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms with prior notice.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 777y

777y may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.
• Long-term inactive account (an email notice will be sent in advance).

9. Responsible Gaming
